Payment method:

The payment of training fee is processed through Stripe online payment. Stripe’s Terms & Condition that are fully outside of Salanga’s control will apply. Salanga doesn’t access, receive, neither store any information you exchange directly with Stripe during money transfer.
The payment will be processed to Salanga’s branch in Canada (Salanga Inc. 123 Slater Street, Suit 6th Floor, Ottawa, ON K1P 5H2) and will be charged in Canadian Dollars.
For possibilities to pay within Europe, please, do contact us for alternative payment methods at info@salanga.org.
Payment of the full training fee must be provided no later than two weeks prior to the start of the training.
If you register for our training before a specific date (to be found at Salanga website at each training’s payment details), you will pay a reduced price of 20%, otherwise standard fee applies. In order to receive the discount, you must pay the fee by the specific date, otherwise standard fee will be required.

Visa requirements:

If you require a visa to come to the Czech Republic, please, ensure you have enough time to apply – we recommend at least 2 months prior to the training. In case you have paid but were refused your visa, please, check the refund policy below.
Only upon receipt of completed registration form and full payment of training fee will a standard cover letter stating a purpose of visit be provided to the applicant. No invitation letter can be provided by Salanga with no exceptions.

Cancellation policy:

Salanga secures a place in the training to a participant, only once the training fee is received and all required information provided through the registration form. If there are more participants interested than the actual number of places available, a policy of first pay to participate will be applied. Other registered participants will have to be declined, unfortunately.
In the event of cancellation of a HEAT training by Salanga, all training fees paid will be refunded in full. We, unfortunately, cannot reimburse any incurred costs such as purchased flight tickets, accommodation, visa fee etc.

Refund policy:

In case you are denied a visa to the Czech Republic and have applied not less than 1 month prior to the training, Salanga will refund the full paid amount to the participant. Otherwise, below conditions apply.
For registrations cancelled more than fifteen days (15 days) prior to a training start date, administrative charges will apply. Applicants will be entitled to a refund of 80% of the full training fee, minus Stripe/ bank fee deducted on refund.
For bookings cancelled three to fifteen days (3-15 days) before training begins, 25% of the training fee will be refunded, minus Stripe/ bank fee deducted on refund.
For bookings cancelled less than three days (3 days) before training, or after training has started, no refund will be provided.
The refund must be claimed within 45 days from the cancelled training start date.
Salanga will unfortunately not cover recipient’s bank charges once the refund is made. Refunds may take up to 1 month.
